According to the strategy of our country, bilingualism must be executed as soon as possible. How to promote this policy, being the elementary school teachers like us would play quite crucial roles. Nowadays, with the rapid development of science and technology, we could utilize their advantage and convenience in language learning. Computers can assist us to teach how to learn language, like practicing listening, speaking, reading, and writing. They also help us to evaluate whether the teaching goal is reached. Thus, computer-assisted language learning (CALL) must be the ace in the hole when it comes to learning languages.
